🔒 Services – No Refunds Once Rendered

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final once a service has been performed. This includes but is not limited to:

· Body contouring sessions (e.g., EMS, Ultrasonic Cavitation, BodyGlow360™, HIFU, SlimShot)

· Consultation fees

· Treatment memberships or packages

· Add-on enhancements

We take the time to assess your goals and customize your treatment plan. Once services have been delivered, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstance. We encourage open communication before booking to ensure satisfaction with your service selection.

Missed appointments, late arrivals, or early terminations may be subject to cancellation policies as outlined in your client intake agreement.

🛍️ Retail Products – Limited Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible retail items only if the item is:

· Unopened

· Unused

· In original, sealed packaging

· Accompanied by proof of purchase

This includes but is not limited to:

· Meltique Fat Dissolve Kits

· Imperial Snatch Band Waist Trainers

· Lymphatic Drops

· Topical serums or creams

· Apparel and accessories

If your product meets these criteria, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. Approved returns will be refunded in the original form of payment or issued as store credit.

Note: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles, worn apparel, or used tools under any condition.
